• Technical information such as IP address, browser, device, referring page and website activity that may be processed by Framer hosting, security, native form or related infrastructure.
• Business contact information obtained from public, professional, client-provided or commercially licensed sources in connection with Mandate House services.
Project inspection found no custom code, code components, advertising pixels, session-recording tools, third-party analytics scripts or embedded third-party content. Framer may process technical and usage information as part of hosting, security, native forms and its cookieless built-in analytics.
Mandate House may use information for the purposes below.
• Reviewing Pipeline Review submissions and responding to inquiries.
• Assessing service, readiness and commercial fit.
• Communicating with prospective clients and clients.
• Operating and improving the website.
• Maintaining security and preventing misuse.
• Administering client or prospective-client relationships.
• Providing contracted allocator-development and business-development support.
• Managing professional business communications.
• Maintaining relationship, inquiry and operating records.
• Complying with legal, regulatory, contractual and recordkeeping obligations.
• Establishing, exercising or defending legal rights.
Mandate House uses business contact and inquiry information for the purposes described in this Policy, for providing contracted services or as otherwise instructed by the relevant client. Access is limited to personnel and service providers who reasonably require the information and are subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations. Submitting a Pipeline Review does not create a client relationship, guarantee that Mandate House will accept an engagement or guarantee a meeting.
Information may be disclosed to service providers supporting website hosting, forms and email delivery, CRM and business administration, data management, analytics and security, professional advisers, legal, regulatory or contractual compliance, and client-authorized service delivery.
Service providers should receive only the information reasonably required for their functions and may be subject to contractual, confidentiality or data-protection obligations where appropriate.

Project inspection found no active advertising, remarketing or cross-context behavioural tracking technology. Mandate House does not currently use the website for targeted advertising or cross-context behavioural advertising.
The website is hosted by Framer and uses Framer’s native website, security, form and cookieless analytics technology. Framer’s built-in analytics does not use cookies. Essential hosting, security or form functions may use technical identifiers or similar storage when needed to deliver, protect or process the website and its forms.
Project inspection found no custom scripts, code components, advertising pixels, remarketing tools, session recording, third-party analytics or embedded third-party content. No non-essential marketing consent banner has been added because no consent-requiring marketing technology was found.
The project interface does not expose a complete browser-level inventory of Framer’s internal security or infrastructure identifiers. This Policy will be updated if the website’s technology changes.
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy. Relevant purposes may include inquiry administration, prospective-client assessment, client service delivery, relationship history, contractual obligations, compliance and recordkeeping, dispute resolution, security and legitimate business records.
Retention periods may vary according to the nature of the information, the reason it was collected and applicable legal, regulatory, contractual or operational requirements.
Mandate House uses reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information and its processing.
No transmission, website, email or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
